...e unnecessary approvals, leaving no room for independent thinking or innovation. Salary is well below industry standards, and raises are rare. There is no clear career progression, and management actively discourages about growth. many talented employees have left due to the lack of opportunities. If you're not assigned to a high-profile project with a good client, your career will stagnate, and you'll be overlooked for promotions or salary increases. for freshers, the company enforces a 3 year bond, which is unreasonable and exploitative. Layouffs happen without warning, creating a constant fear of job insecurity. Management's inpulsive decisions make the environment highly unstable. workload expectations are unrealistic, you're expected to handle tasks meant for multiple people, with no additional compensation or recognition. If you ask for help, the response is usually to "figure it out" on your own. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for stability, growth, or a healthy work environment.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
