...ng that I was told the company doesn’t have any work for me after serving for 2.5 years and Brian Briscoe the partner of the company I was working with did, not pay my last month salary when I was serving the notice period.

The management is friendly and supportive and the salary and incentive system is also great.

Dislikes

Company is still in early stages and needs to work on their relations with their clients. You might find yourself in an constant loop of failure because of lack of work and only hard to fill positions to work on.

What I feel about your company is that it have an excellent work culture, provides a good platform and also have a good reputation in the industry. I want to work for such a company to shape my career and also want to utilize my potential & a skill for the organizational growth.

Only with one word, i would like to say "Disgusting" Another word "Pathetic". When i Got call from HR, i felt happy, because in the market SoftHQ has a good reputation.. But when i join the team, then i got to know the real truth of this company.. They even fire the TL also like this... They will hire you for particular role, then they will assign 4,5,6 any no.of roles, because your are a slave to the management... And you can be fired once you completed your given task, because they no more need you.. As task is completed. Never ever join this company.. Say A BIG NOOO if you get a chance to join this company.. You can find far far much better companies then this..
