Salary should be more as people tend to work nearly 10 hours and career growth is Slow. Management should provide adequate facilities for training new joiness.Need to improve their transportation for employees.

Salary package is pretty low. And the quality of work you do is not satisfactory. Also work-life balance is questionable if you are in QC & QA

Disadvantage is Appraisal matter... Management was very careless about this matter..so many employees was resigned for this this reason..

There is no work life balance, not a confined environment to work peacefully, bossism is very common and overall not really a good place to worth spending time.

I worked in softgel for a decade.. very good innovative technology instrument . Too much different types of softgel products manufacturing, within a year can get very good knowledge about softgelatin process, so many people got good opportunity after worked in softgel health care.

Dislike means nothing but management need to deep concentrate on employees moving .
