Except for experience, please avoid this company (Dont even consider as company)

Dislikes

No management, they think employees are their working machines and expect you to work 24/7. No employee benefits. No weekend offs. No comp offs. No skills development. No insurance policy. Worst HR Management. You will never feel like, you are working for a software company. No on site offer (Even they don't have but bluff you like they are operating onsite also).

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
