Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Not a good company to work with. Management is very poor. No job security. They can fire anyone when they want. No work life balance. You have have to available on 24/7 on mobile. Some very bad rules are : Lunch time is half an hour. If you are 4 team members you can't go together. Go one by one. You have to join office by 9 am. 9.01 means short leave. They want productivity and buying laptops second hand from market. Developers are complaining there laptops are slow. They don't care. No sports activities. Appraisals are not good. If you argue that you are not satisfied then you are fired.

Dislikes

Not a good company to work with.
