Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Not a good company to work with. Management is very poor. No job security. They can fire anyone when they want. No work life balance. You have have to available on 24/7 on mobile. Some very bad rules are : Lunch time is half an hour. If you are 4 team members you can't go together. Go one by one. You have to join office by 9 am. 9.01 means short leave. They want productivity and buying laptops second hand from market. Developers are complaining there laptops are slow. They don't care. No sports activities. Appraisals are not good. If you argue that you are not satisfied then you are fired.
