Best company for work life balance. As of 2022 it is a permanently wfh job. It is a product based company and they have very matured product so most of the time you will be fixing minor bugs. You will have lots of free time so much so that you will be able to start your own business or go for higher studies etc. Managers are very polite and helpfull

Salary is very low compared to the current demand in the market.

Friendly colleagues and exposure to some trendy technologies. No odd shift timings or need to stretch hours(exceptions only during some highly urgent scenarios) .

There is little Job security and poor compensation benefits.

Good work life balance and they don't pressurize on a regular basis.Complete wfh.

1. Outdated technology 2. Not using tools which are developers friendly. 3. Team can not handle pressure. 4. Benefits are minimum.

It works on a dedicated CRM platform and working hours are as per industrial norms.

Dislikes

The work culture is very poor.There is no scope for any learner or a person who has very less experience as they expect everyone to perform flawlessly like a very senior developer.If any developer is stuck on a particular bug then no team member will come to help him and instead there is a blame game that a person stuck in bugs means he is poor developer and thereby the concept of working in a team is meaningless.You need to be a standalone developer and working together in team is show off.
