Mismanagement of resources by director level team. More interested in providing opportunities for relatives of directors and senior team. Dictatorship of old tech managers resulting in engineer having to please these managers to survive. Work overload and off day meetings and calls are a surety. No work life balance.

Soffit can be considered as an extended family, the amount of support your peers or even the managers provide is priceless. Packages might not be the best in the market but there is always space to grow, Soffit being a growing company provides exposure to new and advanced technologies. A great place for beginners to learn and grow. Happy to be part of a growing family called Soffit.

Don't work with Soffit..Poor suppprt from Management...No much work pressure,but senior teams have no idea about what there happened.. And some other leaders came everyday and make some showoff... The main mistake or issue is that,they are not providing any any training before the job, but they are very good in asking questions,Lol🥴,,As usual no entertainment or nothing (sorry they will cut a cake in a when more than 3 or more employees had their bday...🥴 Their work culture is like,speak more work less .... co-workers are also, trying to give a trap to other employees best as possible..🥴
