Like any company there is bad and good things, so sofcon has also some bad things like if you work in sofcon they will make one agreement at the time of leaving company that you can not come back two years in the company with same nature of work as sofcon,

As a former Trainer at Sofcon india, I won't recommend anyone to go there. They do not have enough hardware, they only have single Plc of S7-300. And whenever any student complain about the hardware the management ignore it. They show Compact logic plc in name of DCS.... worst management. Instead of going to SOFCON i recommend you to go somewhere else.

I am working here since last 5 years . The best part of working here is that you will get enough chance and motivation to learn new things. You can upgrade your skills. Specially management of the organization is superb. They will listen you, consider your points , suggestion and will come with best solutions. Specially Mr. Bhagwan Singh Sir, he is really a great visionary leader. Under his guidance i learn a lot and grommed my professional life very well.
