Job security is worst case in Sodexo. They will not provide a secure job for an employee.politics play major role in Sodexo. A employee should do favour to his Superior other wise he has to loose his job and they may not get their providential fund and other benefits what ever they should get.

I have learned to how to work in toxic culture. Some of the teammates are very nice & supportive to each other.

... with HR, they only takes side of their Manager as they are handling the client. Salary growth is also very limited.

Salary and promotion appraisal was slow. Even tough I only worked for One year still I was expecting to get my salary increased by more but it was not to the satisfactory point.
