no job security, work cultural is in third party payroll, just Sodexo is give you the salary and rest other are in the hand of main party (client) , if you need to live a like lelaxable work life then it's good, and if you want to learn and grow and grow and explore promote your self then batter is change. Work environment was good compared to other companies and work satisfaction is their.

Salary and promotion appraisal was slow. Even tough I only worked for One year still I was expecting to get my salary increased by more but it was not to the satisfactory point.
