...re than any other company..the other company will pay you more for the same job. There is a little politics for get decent salary so you can't get it.

The thing which I liked while working in sodexo is that i was able to take day off when ever required

Dislikes

I liked working here but i had some difficulties. There was no increment of my salary for 2years. New joined was given more salary than other existing employees. I was a bit frustrated. New uniforms and shoes were not given on a regular basis. I was not given any overtime benefit. Working on govt holidays of no use!

To study and handles new apparatus and machines with safety ...it's good to extend knowledge.

Dislikes

Salary is too much less as compared to work profile.the management can decide new rules as how they want and they not think about downlink workers or employee.

... platform for fresher candidates. Seniors are very supportive to new joiners.. Salary is little average when compared to other organisations..... Is not enough to living in metropolitan cities... Administration always encourage to doing innovative projects..... Safety procedures always good in Sodexo.. Sodexo literally did good job to handling the current situation(COVID19) ,they are always supportive to employees

The senior team have to support their subordinates for learn Technical things..

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
