Work environment was good compared to other companies and work satisfaction is their.

Salary and promotion appraisal was slow. Even tough I only worked for One year still I was expecting to get my salary increased by more but it was not to the satisfactory point.

Facilities and Benefits and company policies is good .

Salary is very poor . I've been working 2017 . There is no increments for employees from last two years and they are giving too much of less of seniors compare with New joiners.

To study and handles new apparatus and machines with safety ...it's good to extend knowledge.

Salary is too much less as compared to work profile.the management can decide new rules as how they want and they not think about downlink workers or employee.

Best thing is salary will be credited on time at any cost.

Never respect the seniority for salary/appraisal.. Ready to detect amount for all but never explain us what for.. Its really worst thing i have never seen or here... Even they are not giving the Designation properly.
