There are very few people helping us to reach their goals and also low salary and very poor career growth , three years completed but also you are in a same position this is ridiculous no more promotion and no more increments ..

Good work and environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good,they are gave me low salary hike and bonus every year

The company given us Good training to learning new level of technology and giving opportunity to work as team to slove any kind of problems,etc There is mainly 3 kpi 1.safety for working person 2.quality for the producing jobs 3. Delivery for the customer satisfaction

The compensation is decent but growth is slow, working hours more compare to other organisations, salary increament for the old pepole less compare to new joinly
