Sometimes I feel that there is no work life balance here, maybe because of the work load but if seen from another perspective it is also true, because if you want to move ahead and you want to learn then you have to learn how to tackle all this.

lots of politics. Worst HR team and policy. Policies are changes person to person according to comfort zone. Outdated HANA technology. 0% work life balance. Promotion on basis of face of employee and how employee's personal relation with team lead and managers. If you are excellent in polities your job is safe and you will get good promotions. Company treat employee as primary school student in terms of timing and leaves
