There's nothing to like. If we really stress on it, then yes the ambiance is nice and people seem/dress classy (which has nothing to do with sociowash... It's the people) but that adds to the vibe. Secondly, they do treat "special" people substantially better. It's the ones that are on important positions. So if you're looking for those roles, you might blend in with the schedule. However, executives don't really have a life here. Promotions are held twice a year along with some prizes here and there (if you successfully drain your battery for a huge profitable project) You will get decent briefs for whatever your project is and you might get to work on some popular brands during your tenure. So that's a little plus. And lastly, you get Saturday & Sunday off. But sometimes you might have to put in an hour of work on weekends as well. Nonetheless, that can still be a positive point.

...o clearly there's something wrong if the employee turnover raito is like that. They will cut ₹1000-1500 or petty amounts from your salary without any explanation even if you didn't take any leaves. Crazy policies, better go through those in your 1st month if you join. They will keep half your salary in the last 2 months (yes it's a 2-3 month crazy notice period). They will not account your PF amount properly when you finally leave. Above that, they ignore your mails for months when it's time to pay the final settlement. They will organise activities for posting on Instagram to show how "fun" they are. So they ask you to take part enthusiastically but it will be after your 9hr (ie 10+ hour shift). If rarely it's during office hours, then you'll have to stay back and finish up your tasks later. Face it, you can't be excited for these activities and then travel back home after. Also the important people are obligated to stay back for this "exciting activity" if executives don't (for valid reasons) You have to be super fast and in turbo mode with your work or else forgot your 10 min lunch break. If you do take a flexible 20-30min break you'll have to stay back and finish up the work which will again be 10+ hours. This isn't a 9 hour job. It's 10+ hours without lunch break (if you don't want to pile up your work for the next day).

The promotion cycles, though they do promote quarterly as well you don’t get appraisal in all of them so.
