Selfish policy they are making from past few years that is very bad There are many ways to do cost cutting, by sucking bloods of employees u can’t be profitable

No Layoffs, Company wise very good company, From package and benefits wise they can still work on, compared to other banks in the market Soc Gen package for experience professional is not that much great, I wont say its poor but not great. Freshers are getting good Salary.

Package and Promotion is bit slow, other than that everything is good in the company. Work is always there no pressure from Manager. Its more of taking individual responsibility

Work life balance is awesome, as you work with French counterparts, you can finish your daily work by 7pm or 8 pm. It used to have short term travel to paris 3-4 years back. Learning opportunities is awesome if you are in development projects. They follow scrum framework. Training opportunities are good here like IVY league, great learning.

Dislikes

...de promotion. Promotion are very difficult and it is luck by chance sometime. It is Role based organisation, but role change does not reflect in salary hike.

No growth if you are not your manager’s favourite No hike and no bonus and if you reach out to them they will just say that u didn’t deserve it but still they are not putting you in PIP(Performance improvement plan) and they are accommodating you Managers here have a call centre mentality Employees are forced to do unnecessary stuff which are not relevant to the process

No work life balance in 2020 lockdown everyday minimum 12hours working, but no proper hike n bonus to the employees. No proper IT set up. My previous managers Umashankar n Aslam are very good, understands d concern of employees. The change of new manager called Ramya very BAD. She won't even listen even in IT issues.
