...will be hell. 99% of managers don't have brain to understand technical issues. In 2022, they offered good salary by showing variable pay with large amount and hr confirmed that they give more also with normal apraisal rating. But many employees got only 35-40%. In 2023 they scrapped the variable pay to 0. This is how this company play with the emotions of its employees.

Legacy system, poor in ups killing resources, career growth is limited, purely mangers driven, bad work life balance, no bench strength to deal with attrition crisis

You get good exposure. Entire socgen is very supportive including top management and very approachable. If you want to learn, theres immense possibilities here. Good start for career with a good brand.

Salary quite low for trainees. Job security is an issue.
