it was wonderful working in Societe Generale so far., work life balance is too good. Learning opportunities and skill developments are up to individual based on the selected profile. I have been working this organization for 8+ years, it gives you healthy environment and decent learning to support your career growth.

As this organization is quite sometime in India. it has started focusing on Cost cutting and gradually employee benefits are started fading away. Overall, company is decently performing these days. Hence focus more on cost cutting by reducing employee benefits.

It's very nice company in terms of salary structure and bonus. I love this company because of brand and sustainability in all segment.

Dislikes

Work culture is not good. Very slow growth, only the management favourable person can get promotion every 2 two years. HR PB never consider the employees concerns, even if we share the pain points that has not been taken care.

Likes

You get good exposure. Entire socgen is very supportive including top management and very approachable. If you want to learn, theres immense possibilities here. Good start for career with a good brand.

Salary quite low for trainees. Job security is an issue.

Very chill environment but depends on the team Pay is decent Excellent work-life balance

Too much politics in some teams Slow growth(All tools are internal, so growth in technical terms is good only till you are in Soc Gen, otherwise it's average growth overall

Great company with Flexible work culture, Great benefits in terms of leaves and medical policies, Great team to work with again depends from team to team.

Dislikes

Technology wise learning is low. Compensation is low compared to market standards.
