It's very nice company in terms of salary structure and bonus. I love this company because of brand and sustainability in all segment.

Dislikes

Work culture is not good. Very slow growth, only the management favourable person can get promotion every 2 two years. HR PB never consider the employees concerns, even if we share the pain points that has not been taken care.

Apart from compensation overall a good place to work in, lots of skill development opportunities but no real work to do based of skill development.

Work you do is always feels like not matching to your skill. A skilled person might feel loosing out on their skills.

Equal treatment depending on the work done. Exposure and transparency on processes. If you want to learn, you can do that here. Hard work is appreciated.

Nothing in particular. Just a little emphasize on work life balance and a better pay structure.

You get good exposure. Entire socgen is very supportive including top management and very approachable. If you want to learn, theres immense possibilities here. Good start for career with a good brand.

Salary quite low for trainees. Job security is an issue.
