No respect No dignity no diversity no multicultural veg culture; nv is untoucable bossism stays everywhere no lunch time, may be 5 PM No seats to sit and work micromanagement (your mgr enter the meeting room from your backside ) your watches from outside of the meeting room via transparent glasses. pure casteism it is a Brahmin company 99.9% Brahmins. it is not multi national company tribe heads are real psycho and sarcastic also they do not know anything. they such blood at every where. if you are agile master, you will die in teams PRC, BAN, CMI, KYC, EQD Harassment is common and core value harassment is purely based on your caste. no job security probation 2 months 50% attrition per year 99% of management come from the Brahmin community..you can not speak. that's it

You get good exposure. Entire socgen is very supportive including top management and very approachable. If you want to learn, theres immense possibilities here. Good start for career with a good brand.

Salary quite low for trainees. Job security is an issue.

Too much politics in some teams Slow growth(All tools are internal, so growth in technical terms is good only till you are in Soc Gen, otherwise it's average growth overall

Technology wise learning is low. Compensation is low compared to market standards.

No learning, even manager will know nothing, everything is as per sop and many work process don't even have proper sop, best suggestion is if you have good knowledge and experience u can join here, if you are fresher to 3years experienced don't ever think about joining here as no learning or growth including promotions
