Good work life balance

Dislikes

... quality projects. Huge dependency on french team which leads to delay in work. While joining the offer was released with 3 months salary as variable pay, they scrape it off after sometime. It was a scam to hire people. Poor management skills and less technical management. Here you'll get all work place perks except work.

Dislikes

No growth if you are not your manager’s favourite No hike and no bonus and if you reach out to them they will just say that u didn’t deserve it but still they are not putting you in PIP(Performance improvement plan) and they are accommodating you Managers here have a call centre mentality Employees are forced to do unnecessary stuff which are not relevant to the process

Policy on work from home and working hour flexibility through not applicable to my department

Dislikes

... cab provided though there is women policy to provide company cab after 8:00 pm. Compensation hike is not good. Also, during pandemic we are asked to come office at a risk of mine and family life.Should have provided work from home until vaccine was given.

Only decent benefits. Like bag, powerbank, earphones,. Other wise even the transport sucks.

Dislikes

Things that I dislike - no recognition, we slog for compensation and that is not good, no good leaders to guide or look upto. HR is hand in hand with the team managers so none of your feedback is taken seriously. There is no value for the senior employees. The stakeholders do not join calls when scheduled and stick to time and they do not value another 's time either. All in all, a bad place with a lot of politics that stagnate one's career with no promotions or hikes. They have the worst leaders and people managers who do not know how to treat their employees.
