The work culture is amazing. Yearly hike is quite good comparatively in the market and u'll get a variable pay in a good amount, when you performed well.

The promotions are depends on team to team. Minimal level of politics will be there.The consideration and benefit of YG's is commendable at the same time you shouldn't lose ur experience candidates also.

...with minimal growth opportunity. Promotion process is quite bad with no clarity. Compensation does not match at industry levels.

You get good exposure. Entire socgen is very supportive including top management and very approachable. If you want to learn, theres immense possibilities here. Good start for career with a good brand.

No learning, even manager will know nothing, everything is as per sop and many work process don't even have proper sop, best suggestion is if you have good knowledge and experience u can join here, if you are fresher to 3years experienced don't ever think about joining here as no learning or growth including promotions
