No learning, even manager will know nothing, everything is as per sop and many work process don't even have proper sop, best suggestion is if you have good knowledge and experience u can join here, if you are fresher to 3years experienced don't ever think about joining here as no learning or growth including promotions

Scamming while releasing offer Lett with Variable pay. Low chances for getting promotion. Not much benefits while comparing other companies. Poor transport facility.

U can have or gain very deep knowledge while working in the organisation and your works are very transparent

Dislikes

Selfish policy they are making from past few years that is very bad There are many ways to do cost cutting, by sucking bloods of employees u can’t be profitable

The work culture is pretty good. A lot will also depend on the team you get in, but a lot of people I have talked to, have spoken highly about their managers and seniors. You are recognised for the work you do. (Most)Colleagues are also really good and help you with any doubts or with the process.

Dislikes

The pay and the recognition(also mentioned it in the pros) are not upto the mark. And if you don’t get into a good team, then the team members.

Micro management. Lot of pressure from leads and managers and mngt . No work life balance. Like a hell working in cyber team . Don't dare to join the company. All the best
