Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

.... No casual leaves. Always abuses his employees. Zero work culture. No Policies. Does not gives Appointment Letter not even Salary Slips. Even H.R person is not able to work beyond 3-4 months. High (95%) Attrition rate. "Company nahi kirana ki dukaan chala rahe hain." Kehte kuch hain karte kuch hain. Sab kuch zubaan par chal raha hai. Kabhi bhi acchi Team nahi bana payenge. Har employee ki jasoosi karvate hain.
