One of the main concern is designer, so called Head of the design deptt., double standard person who do witch craft and don't let anyone to stay , he get jealous from the people whom the owners appreciate and keep dumb people around him that owners value him(another dumb)

Nothing, but if company owners try to differentiate between Ox and Bill, otherwise time is running, hire professionals not emotional idiots, throw out these loosers. You should have patience to. Listen truth, 4-5 persons out, then might be chance of survival.

Co staff Working style No respect of owners by old staff. Always making conspiracies. Always report negative about others especially new and solid looking candidates. Hierarchical disorders, No-one can perform in that hierarchy. Immaturity by owners those looking after the day to day working.
