They deduct salary if you are late even by 1min but don't pay you for over time and expect you to work overtime without pay as your loyalty, dedication, and duty towards the organisation and help it grow while you burnout.

...e team manager ( Account team ) is very bad. That manager is not good behaviour. At last they hold the job & telling as we can gave the salary as 7% hike only, where as existing company needs to pay the 15-20 % Hike. Very bad Experiance

Hod or RA hopeless person He will be sleeping partner with few companies. He will bring them as an vendor to sobha. Prices are too high as compared to market.if any questions arises.he will take personal action on concerned site incharge. Not bothering about the hard working people. Will try to fetch wrong evidence and false allegations on people. If he doesn't likes them. Complete monarchy rule. He will interact bottom people. Bottom people who works under him. Which he likes he will give good increment. Will give indirect leneance to start there indirect business. Totally company name is getting damaged.
