...y are not providing food & Accommodation for employees.... They are struggling.. Salary is very less.. & Timing is 12 tp 14 hrs... & night shift including..

Hod or RA hopeless person He will be sleeping partner with few companies. He will bring them as an vendor to sobha. Prices are too high as compared to market.if any questions arises.he will take personal action on concerned site incharge. Not bothering about the hard working people. Will try to fetch wrong evidence and false allegations on people. If he doesn't likes them. Complete monarchy rule. He will interact bottom people. Bottom people who works under him. Which he likes he will give good increment. Will give indirect leneance to start there indirect business. Totally company name is getting damaged.

...R here will go to your ID and enter your resignation and will accept it himself. Instead of joining this company, you can do a better job as a contractor, there salary is delayed but life is peaceful Those who are thinking that Sobha is a big company, my request to them is that your life will be wasted in this company, do not join it even by mistake. This company has a big name and nothing else. It is not special except for stress Old employees of this company like Pradeep will expel you from the company without informing you and will not even think that you have a family behind you. The old people of this company have spoiled the environment of the company My honest review is that it is better to do a contractor's job than joining this company.

Timely salary, 5 lakhs health insurance benefits,

Dislikes

Work life balance is 0. Sundays also working full day. Compared to other companies salary packages are less. Too much pressure from management for execution but not giving proper resource from the beginning. Finally before hand over creates more pressure, need to stay at site till midnight 2_3am . Again attending site next morning 7 am. Vendors and contractors are paid less which creates more difficulties in execution due to less manpower.

This is like a school. You can learn everything from here regarding construction. But you have to sacrifice your health both mentally and physically. Some people will not tolerate the pressure they will resign immediately after joining. But if you want learn this is the best place.

More pressure ,not good salary hike, you will start at 8:30 am but cant say when you can leave the site. If work is there you need to stay till midnight. Work and get salary no other benefits receiving from site even after handover. Some site not even getting yearly tour given by company
