...ve anything to like. Just for name sake they do celebrate few of the occassions. The only good part is that , they pay the salary on time that is last day of the month

They don't have proper system Backend people are all like goverment employees. No benefits and facilities to employees Toxic environment Too much pressure on work No leaves granted If the manager decides he dont want you for any reason, thats it they will ask you to resign and go. Pathetic admin team Overall company is worst to work here. Just a brand thats it. I am in sales and sales employees are the frontliners who generate revenue and gets business to company and the sales team people are treated as slave. They treat sales team people worst than daily wagers. The whole system is corrupt Only people on the top management are enjoying the position benefits. Salary hike is worst for sales even if we are a good performer. No Rewards and recognition They dont have training and they ask to perform from day one in sales team. There is no proper timing for sales team, they ask to login by 9-930am and in evening there is no logout time as they will be screwing and pressuring for no reason They have resource of 400 plus in sales team which is not required.

Hod or RA hopeless person He will be sleeping partner with few companies. He will bring them as an vendor to sobha. Prices are too high as compared to market.if any questions arises.he will take personal action on concerned site incharge. Not bothering about the hard working people. Will try to fetch wrong evidence and false allegations on people. If he doesn't likes them. Complete monarchy rule. He will interact bottom people. Bottom people who works under him. Which he likes he will give good increment. Will give indirect leneance to start there indirect business. Totally company name is getting damaged.

This is like a school. You can learn everything from here regarding construction. But you have to sacrifice your health both mentally and physically. Some people will not tolerate the pressure they will resign immediately after joining. But if you want learn this is the best place.

More pressure ,not good salary hike, you will start at 8:30 am but cant say when you can leave the site. If work is there you need to stay till midnight. Work and get salary no other benefits receiving from site even after handover. Some site not even getting yearly tour given by company

In QC Department your career growth will be based on your QST modules if they support you their will no difficulties but sometime definitely it won't happen because they working in organisation for more than 10 years when they became module head they think that company developed only because of their contribution. So you have to respect them more, they expect respect from your side to the hell and they won't teach you anything and makes you always feel like you are slave to them
