Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Good company to learn new things, the volume of requirements is huge. Provide bonus based on their company revenue to all employees.

Dislikes

Their processes are not aligned which creates delay in decision making. Appraisals are not good.

the culture , the politics, no work life balance , extrem level of favouritism, No handholding, dont value their employees

I have 13 years of work experience. And I must admit that I haven't come across a perfect company like Sobha Realty. I'm glad I joined this company! They are excellent in all manners, from work-life balance, promotions, on time salary & other benefits.

It’s a growing company. So, the kind of learning you will get is very good for your career

Dislikes

Work life balance gets compromised as you are always working in pressure due to stringent timelines. Also, for many departments it’s a 6 day working which might not suit everyone
