Sobha Interiors pay well to freshers. The offices are highly furnished. There is a separate pantry for each offices.

Dislikes

...e an illiterate person. There is too much work pressure from the company side. There is no extra pay for overtime work. There is no cctv camera in the work place. The work environment is very toxic. New joiners have to face inside dirty politics between the senior employees. There is no value for efforts at Sobha interiors. Most of the new employees are put in off role and most of them are not aware of it because half appointment letter is provided from the company side. Even the employees, which are working from last twenty years are not respected well. No work balance. No life balance. No good salary increment. No appreciation for good work. Cab facility is committed at the interview but not provided at all. Even if measurement tape is required, they ask to take from store room and it is never provided from the company side.

Sobha is renowned real estate player in southern part of country and holds good reputation in the real estate sector . Concrete product devision is a small part of group which primarily manufactures concrete pavers ,kerb & block for both Sobha's project as well as external construction company. Plant is spead over 9 acre land , and having mainly 4 factory in it , 1 Paver ,1 Block ,1 kerb and last one is also for paver respectively. Most of the staff working are off-roll , very few hardly 10 employees are on Sobha's role , credit goes to so called CEO Manoj Rastogi. There's no job security for off-role working employee, they can be fired any time when Mr Rastogi want them to leave. Work culture is really pathetic, as hardly anyone speaks with other , and everybody has their own insecurities about the job , people are afraid to say anything against so called CEO , as he believes in buttering and those who follow his instructions are only bieng called in meetings . There's no as such management structure, whatever Mr Rastogi wants according to that is applicable. Talking about he can even ask manager to do driver job, HR job or even can let them on main gate for security job.

A lot of politics and group-baazi is there , you can feel a bit racism if you are from north india as factory is in Bangalore,most on roll staffs are kannadigas. You will have to go for lunch alone if you don't join any group.

As a employee i have learned many things from here. In my point of view this company will give the oppturnity, based on their qualification. Working atmosphere was good.

The Major thing was very less job security. And also here is no on -job training.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team, high-quality products. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I
