I joined SOAIS as a fresher in the ERP domain, and undergone the boot camp training. The best thing about SOAIS is the knowledge base that it has which helped me to gain the domain expertise which at the start I was totally unaware of. The salary/appraisal are above the mark as compared to other competitors in the industry. I could maintain a perfect work-life balance while working in SOAIS.

Dislikes

Career growth is something which got stagnant at a later period of my employment.
