Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I am the HOD of mechanical department at ITER college.experience is terrible.i don't get salary at atime after 5 months I get my salary.pls don't join this college.i am planning to shift to KIT college if I get a chance .this is the most terrible college in India.

No salary till now. Students even misbehave with teachers.even students beat the teachers sometimes

Less work load. You get ample time to do research or groom yourself. Nice people.

Dislikes

No salary structure, so your experience here won't count even though NIRF rank of this college / university is less than 30. Also Less holidays.
