There is no importance of medical staff. we did extra shift or extra hours but they did not give overtime not even duty compensation. There is no cooperation in the staff specially in the medical staff of delhi. Coordination is part of job but i didn't get the coordination from my colleagues and not even get it from my managers. So actually I m not satisfied with the environment of this company and I never felt secure in this SNVA company. This is the reason I don't want to work in this company anymore.

Fake universities for which you will be hired to sell products . Can abscond you anyday without paying your salary for the days you have worked even if you take a 2 days leave after informing your RM . They will fool you by saying incentives are very good which they dont give till 6 months . Do not fall in this trap .

There’s nothing to like, dumb managers with some dumb accent can’t even speak properly in english and their hindi accent is so yuck.

I regret to say that I have had issues with SNVA Venture regarding my salary. Despite my best efforts to resolve the matter, I have not yet received my salary for the month of January. I have reached out to the company's HR department and management team on multiple occasions, but unfortunately, they have been unresponsive and have not provided any explanation or resolution to the issue. This has caused significant financial stress and has impacted my ability to meet my financial obligations. I take my work seriously, and I believe that employees should be compensated fairly and in a timely manner. The lack of communication and accountability from SNVA has been disappointing and unprofessional. I hope that SNVA will take steps to address this issue promptly and ensure that all employees receive their salaries on time. In the meantime, I would caution others who are considering working for this company to be aware of the potential for salary issues and to have a clear understanding of the company's policies and procedures.
