Nothing to be like. Very much unprofessional company. They will not give you salary, they hold more than 3 months salary every time then released one months salary and that will be in parts. If you want to leave the company then you will have to give 45 days notice period and if they will terminate you then there will be zero days notice period. FnF will not be released before 6-8 months. Politics is at highest level, you can't work. Many employees are relative of owner. Very much unprofessional environment. HR is unprofessional and everytime going to Harrassing you. If you will come late in office even single minute, then HR will deduct your salary. No PF and Medical or Insurance facility for employees. All policies are very much harmful and useless to employees. Harrasment & Mental pressure are very much in the company. Even owner will not resolve your any kind problem. If once you joined the company then you will found in a deep trap, No way you can see.

Salary is a very big problem. Every time they hold more than 3 months salary. Strict timing. HR is unprofessional. All policies are leads to harrasment. You can't learn and grow in this company, because nearly no technical staff there. All staff are unprofessional. Most of employees are relative of owner. Once you left or terminated by the company, then you can't get your Full n Final easily. To get your FnF you will have to go for Labour court otherwise they will not release your FnF before 6-8 months. Dislike list is very long. I just want to say that this company is very much terrible and unprofessional in construction domain.

...erence between senior & junior staff. no yearly increment. No Good accomodation. No diwali bonus

... very good person he care about the staff and the company. He is very very good. He is complete package of knowledge and professionalasim as well as very good human being.

Dislikes

the major dislike is that now company is lead by a non-technical account person. If he will continue work with the company then the day is not far away when the company will land in some serious trouble. I hope MD sir will read my comment and will take action. Its not only a comment its also voice of hundreds of employee who are working with SNS. If I am wrong MD Sir can take feedback without identity of employee. Thank you

Theis Company is basically RSS Backed Siddhinath Singh's company having business in Tata Steel and ESP only. The political background and diversification in Agriculture sector, make solid cash flow for them.

Dislikes

No standards policy, Relatives are employed, lysoning is done and low quality safety maintained in job.

Sns group is a big company but CFO Mr Badrish thapiyal behaviour like a very bad he told to junior bring alcohol and torturous every account person also me i request that authorities please look this into matter but every body is good and best company ever...
