Project Execution is tough with Sai Construction Contractors. No standard of quality, safety of work New joiners of Senior Engineers/APM behaviour is toxic, Politics, work environment.

Best platform to learn the new thing, they deal with High Rise building n mivan technology. No Such a huge work pressure, appraisal also give in a good scale

Management does not take wise decision. A sales person's job is not secured it's fire & hire process.They don't know the difference between higher level position & Mid position they think it's all same.Every 2-3 hours they keep calling asking for sales though you give good numbers in your sales.Company is not employee friendly. Also the H.R is not transparent while hiring your job profile can change anytime while working in the company.

Management team is good. management always support us and they appreciate when the tasks are completed.

our HOD should change his behaviour as he works as old school type. current HR team is not so good as we all know how our old HR was.
