...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

SNEHA give growth opportunity to each employee, there is no supervisor and junior , all get respect here. Also it does organises frequent trainings as per need of project and employee requirements. It gives opportunity to grow post wise also.

Compensation is decent but less than market. There are few employees who work for more than 10 years in SNEHA but they are still on same position with high salary. I felt SNEHA need to relook it's employee policy , because seniors like me have to face their attitudes while working with them

Its an organization with a great experience. Its good to be surrounded by great people with great experience. Their monitoring and evaluation team is a great department to work with. All the studies and research done are international-level papers, which helps build great subject knowledge. Most of the Implementation teams of programs are very dedicated. Its a great place to build up a brand behind your career and gives you a different perspective of the sector.

The majority of Teams have been working with SNEHA for a long year, which shows their dedication to work. At the same time, they need to welcome new strategies in the growth of the program and be open towards the expansion of their work in other geographies. They should stop working in same communities and start working in other urban slums. Domain teams are not so great teams to work with. There is favouritism and the level of work one handles is ignored by senior management. Appreciation and acknowledgement is a very rare thing. This can be seen from the disparity in the salaries according to level of effort one has put in. Sometimes other team members are also non cooperative and judgy.
