It is a start up unit in food processing. In short span of time, it's growth slope was in rising trend. Having good order from big corporate like HUL, CPW and Filpkart it's graph was increased in growth trend. Around 1000 counters of Delhi NCR started selling material. But Corona factor was not survived by company due to insufficient reserve fund. So Board has taken decisions to wind up the operation till the market resumes in normal condition.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
