The only thing I like was teaching the students.

...phere work life balance and kind of people I work to it the absolutely horrible. Salary was equally bad and therefore there was nothing to actually make me want to work there any longer.

Few professors teaching method was good.

Worst management ever seen. College don't take any initiate for students even if they ask management. Except 1 or 2 experience teacher, rest of staff don't know what is happening in class or in lecture.also they don't have well experience teacher who can guide students. HOD will give commitment for lot of things during admission time but once you got admission they will not accept whatever you say about their statement.

Yes it was overall a good experience for me working with exam department at S.N.D.T Women's University. I got to learn new things and it help me to upgrade my skills in accounts. There I have learned to do multi tasking work. It was a challenging post as I was just a 21 year old when I joined the S.N.D.T. but yes I enjoyed working there and learned lots of things.

There was no such thing to dislike about working there. I enjoyed working there.

The most important thing all the administration and staff member support me lots and it's was wonderful experience for me to work with such outstanding staff,they help me through out of my journey till now and enitre College /University work is discipline,time management, environment is very supportive and follow all the rules and regulations in respective manner. And it's was for me a wonderful experience till now because I learned so many things from my organization and I'm very much thankful to them for giving me such opportunity And I'm very much statifed with the same field .

Nothing is dislike about it. In fact I like to work with them till now because I had good experiences with them and nothing is bad about anything, it's was nice to work with such enthusiasm team and I had worked with them more than 3 years as a junior supervisor and now I'm happy and nothing is bad about it.
