Worst company in terms of work culture.I recommend not to join this company ever.Specially java team is worst.No support from senior with huge local politics.

I have worked 4 years, the company provides access to the latest technologies. there is a family environment where everyone helps each other.

Dislikes

Management makes unrealistic promises to clients and Engineers end up working till 2am. Deadlines are unrealistic and hiring is very less. Work Culture is the worst. There is Job Security because of Multiple Projects. Salary Hikes are negligible.

Taking leave is a sin. They will use bad words ,if you are fresher than you can't have life day and night you have to work. Leads will not communicate, they will give review according to there mood. They will target you till you don't resign and during notice period they will make sure you will suffer
