Worst company in terms of work culture.I recommend not to join this company ever.Specially java team is worst.No support from senior with huge local politics.

I have worked 4 years, the company provides access to the latest technologies. there is a family environment where everyone helps each other.

Dislikes

Management makes unrealistic promises to clients and Engineers end up working till 2am. Deadlines are unrealistic and hiring is very less. Work Culture is the worst. There is Job Security because of Multiple Projects. Salary Hikes are negligible.

Owner of the company is really a good person with very kind heart and looks after everything in the company. He is earning a lot of blessings of the employees by his humble behaviour and kindness. God bless him.

I like the client interaction Between colleagues and all. How they deliver the best on time to customer. But they don't aware of such things about the market analysis. Least knowledge of market that what is booming now in many companies. There server is always down which is very pathetic.

I dislike the office politics. Work culture is not good. They don't think that employee is there asset without them they are nothing. Very bad experience because I am fresher when I joined that company.
