Toxic Work Environment
Hey all Recently I moved to another organisation to my surprise the entire work environment is too different from what I have expected. And I need to work under My DM who is right in front of us who does micro monitoring so much and it was completely new to me. Even seniors were saying be careful with him as 7-8 people recently have moved out of the company due to some differences and here I have joined a month ago and Heard more stories about my DM. How to work and not get focused into him as recently he sent mail to HR for another person due as a bad performer. Idk how I'll manage here as of now I just want to leave this company within 6-9 months. If I do will it create any bad impression on me during HR as I just switched 2 companies in less than 4 years even though my package isn't that great!! Give your suggestions!!!
