- Compensation is decent if you are coming a small firm

- work life balance is not good - production issues over weekend - expectation of active response over weekend - No proper mentorship - irrational and sudden decision by management

I like seniors sport and flexible working hour salary company give us nasta every day I like it yes job security .

Dislikes

I do not like peektime. Sometime supervisor said sudanlly do overtime in festival time. rotational shift,rotational week off.and never give hollyday in festival.

Snapdeal provides you with opportunity to learn n grow in your career. Overall its a good platform to start your career but not a good option for long term.

Awesome people culture , acknowledgement of work is really satisfactory and so is the work

Work life balance was an issue sometimes, plus stopped caring about people after a while , compensation correction hardly happens
