Unprofessional culture. Infact the worst

Dislikes

I wouldn’t call it Snapon on tools Pvt Ltd. It’s actually Mr Raju’s company ( MD- India & Asia Pacific ). He doesn’t want company to grow. Therefore the culture is highly unprofessional.

Worked with Snapon tools more than a year in sales and to be honest there was nothing to like about that company. Thank god I left the company with in a year because work culture was worst and there is no work life balance in this company. Hat's off to those who still working over there from years, because handling such a toxic work culture is really very challenging..

In Sales field 1) No organized work 2) Zero employees friendly police 3) Company has only on HR who seats in gurgaon and call ones when you joined and then call last time when you resign,she has nothing to do with employee queries.. 4) Target pressure is ever time on your head ... 5) Zero appreciation 6) zero transparency and never share what you achieved. In one word only join this company if you don't have any other option, other wise there are lots of good organizations.. In one word
