1. Employer must trust on Employee 2. Give freedom and flexibility to Employee 3. Company 's proper and update policy it should be share to employee vat the time of joining. 4. Deduction it should not be at all. 5. Here plus point is SS products are really very good taste n personally I like very much except momos. Momos size it's too small and taste also not up to the mark. Thanks🙏
