We don't have anything to say about this company as it has nothing to talk about. They are working just like a local milk vendor and are just concerned about their sale somehow with no vision or mission of the company. As good companies they don't have anything like training, career growthy, appraisal, innovation, work life balance, work environment or job security. Leave about appraisal, there is nobody to motivate you for the work. I mean here the Director and MD himself has no vision as such... they just compare themselves with big brands but their products are not at all of that standard, neither they listen to their sales and marketing team if they try to give them suggestions about their competitors.

Dislikes

This company is in the market since a year and a half now but has no name as such as the company has no ads (visual, etc). Here even if a sales professional wants to use his creative ideas to promote the products through scheme the company doesn't support, salary is never on time and they even look for excuses to just deduct salary. The Director and MD keeps threatning about their background and act unprofessionallyduring working hours. They don't respect employees at all.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
