Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

- I liked the way they are not giving salaries to their employees. - ZERO Learning - Good place to spoil your career.

Dislikes

- Company don't have any vision & mission. - They don't even provide proper salaries, they always deduct 40% - 50% of your salaries providing silly reasons. - Owner of the company is more interested in politics than doing business. - Pls don't even thought of applying to any jobs opening from this company.

Nothing to be liked about....they cheated you ....take out there work and not giving you your salaries

Dislikes

No one is professional.People who are there are the family members only and other people outsiders get cheated with money ,dignity, character etc etc No policy is there only one man show.
