Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Lot of politics involved, even if you give the best performance throughout, they can expell without even giving proper reason and not give relieving letter as well. So, employees value is zero, politics is 100% and people in HR are even more unprofessional, they take more than 1 week just to send an email.

They found the most bogus reasons to expell you, if you are looking for a job they will expell giving reason that why are you looking for jobs. For work, it is very monotonous, you will get bored within 1 week. Fellow employees want to leave ASAP, they daily tell you that they have given interview here and there Very toxic environment, bad work culture.
