Very good environment. We have opportunity to learn in this company. We have found very nice culture working with SMS INTEGRATED FACILITY SERVICES

Everything is good But one thing is lacking in the company That we are working here since 1 year 3 months but no one is talking about salary increment/ appraisal. When we ask the company person they always say that your hospital HR department will decide your salary.

Good environment, festival n fund day celebration for employees. ESIC and medical claim (as per designation some amt is fixed) facility available for employees. As per HR all saturday weeklyoff.

Dislikes

Due to billing target you have to work in sunday and weekoff also. Salary hike is depends on boss and management decision only. Your work doesn't matter for that.

In the earlier year 2018 when it was managed by Jolly it was employee oriented, afyer the new CEO taken over its not employee oriented.

Dislikes

Their HO culture and processes which are not client friendly. Bcoz of which region team faces issues on client relation. Very slow process on solving issues related to sites.
