The company is Limited but company policy is very poor.ie salary not credit on time 25-30 days delay and ather allowances also. Hence senior floks don't give your work credit, here futur growth is zero .

I'm the fresher for this company while I joining, but now I have completed 5 years in this company and still continue in this family, I m happy that I got a opportunity to show my courage and my skills of working in this company only, I joined as a trainee in this company but now I'm a shift-Incharge of a whole shift. Can directly contact HR about problems, they solve it soon,facilities of accommodation, travelings, in everything they will be with us. About the learning of work both practically and theoretically I got many things to learn daily.

There is alot of issues about salary pay and hiking every year. HR management doesn't address issues.there is a bond for 5 years.some politics in middle management.
